The Big Day starts bright and early on my end, checking in with all the vendors one last time to make sure everyone is running on time and will be where they need to be throughout the day. I usually get calls asking me where to park, unload or set up…. All things they would be asking you otherwise. Fielding these questions for you frees you up to be spending time with your family and wedding party, getting ready, taking photos and hopefully relaxing and being in the moment, not problem solving and worrying about vendor logistics.
I will arrive to your getting-ready location armed with an emergency kit, snacks and my trusty steamer. I will have a car for any last minute errands and can transport items from your hotel suite or home to the church or venue if needed. I would be happy to bring bagels, coffee, socks, eyelash glue….. any number of things that people end up forgetting or needing that morning. I will be on location to assist photographers with your First Look, make sure flowers arrive, help pin boutonnieres on the men, make sure your trolleys or limos arrive on time, double check on rings, speeches, the veil and get you out the door. I will be at the church or venue to assist with the processional and then will help with any room flips, décor set up and wedding party entrances. I will cue the DJ or band for all dances, speeches etc, pass out any balances due or tips at the end of the night and make sure your personal items get to where they need to go when it’s all over.
